The Last of Us Part II and Marvel’s Iron Man VR Delayed Until Further Notice
Naughty Dog and Sony had some bad news today for those of you that were looking forward to playing a couple of upcoming PS4 exclusive games. At 11 AM it was announced that The Last of Us Part II and Marvel’s Iron Man VR would be delayed until further notice.
Naughty Dog said in their post on Twitter that The Last of Us Part II is nearly done and the are finding and fixing the final bugs. However, with the growing epidemic that’s sweeping the world, they would be unable to launch the game to their satisfaction and make sure everyone is able to play the game at the same time.
PlayStation also put out a tweet also announcing the delay of Marvel’s Iron Man VR. In addition, this tweet also said that they wanted to give players the launch experience they deserve.
This marks the third time The Last of Us Part II has been delayed. With neither of these games having new release dates, we can hope that the development teams use this time to remove any final bugs in the games and polish them up so that both The Last of Us Part II and Marvel’s Iron Man VR release with the highest quality possible.
