The New Nintendo Switch With Improved Battery Life is Now Available
Back in July, Nintendo announced that a new Nintendo Switch was entering production which would increase the battery life of the console from an average of 2.5 to 6.5 hours to an average of 4.5 to 9 hours. Well, a number of retailers are now selling the new Nintendo Switch with the improved battery life. The new console retails for the same price of the older model at $299.99. If you’ve been in the market for a Nintendo Switch now may be the right time for you to get one, now that a Nintendo Switch with improved battery life is on the market. If you want to purchase the new Nintendo Switch, you can do so over on Amazon.
If you’d rather wait a little bit longer to get a Nintendo Switch and get one for $100 cheaper, you can always wait for the Nintendo Switch Lite which will be releasing on September 20 for $199.99. Of course, the Nintendo Switch Lite doesn’t have removable Joy-Con controllers or the ability to hook up to a TV, but if losing those features doesn’t sound like a big deal to you, the Nintendo Switch Lite may be for you. The Nintendo Switch Lite is available for pre-order right now on Amazon for $199. With both a longer-lasting Nintendo Switch and the upcoming Nintendo Switch Lite with the cheaper price tag, if you’ve yet to get a Nintendo Switch now is the time.
