Today at EA Play, DICE gave a look at Battlefield V, Chapter 5 which will be released this Fall. Chapter 5 will take place in World War II’s Pacific Theater. During World War II this was the location in the pacific where a major confrontation between the allies and the Japanese took place. This will be part of a free update and available with the Tides of War campaign missions and new multiplayer maps which there will be at least of three of. One of these new maps will be based on Iwo Jima. These multiplayer maps may release at different times but all are scheduled to release before 2020.
If you’re a subscriber to EA Access or EA Origin and want to play Battlefield V then EA and DICE announced some good news for you. That is, that Battlefield V is now available in both EA Access and Origin Access Vault. EA Access will also be released for the PS4 next month. If you’re a PS4 owner and looking to play Battlefield V along with a slew of other EA games for one monthly price you’ll be able to do so, for $4.99 per month or $29.99 annually.
